100% Satisfaction Guarnteed : Your 100% satisfaction guranteed, if for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can return your order to our warehouse or by sending your request to sales@zxdecor.com within maximum 24 hours of reciving your order by Shipping company or pickup from our warehouse. Merchendise must be unused with original packing, roundtrip freight charge apply and deducte from your refund.

Order REQUIREMENTS:

 Minimum order: $300.

Same Day Shipment: All the orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM ( Mon- Fri) will ship the same day.

Shipping and Processing Fees:

Freight charges are prepaid and add to invoice and determined by the weight, size and destination of the package.

All glassware, fragile and oversize items must be shipped by common carrier. No UPS & Fed Ex shipments for glassware products (except for special orders).

We regret that we cannot ship to P.O.Boxes.

Extra charges will apply for residential delivery, after you checkout, customer service will contact you with revised total.

Shipment to addresses outside the contiguous United State, Including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO, incur additional charges that are not reflected online. after you checkout, customer service will contact you with revised total.

Claims:

We inspect merchandise and take great care in packing and shipping, in order to deliver it in good condition. Therefore, please inspect your merchandise, before receive it and note all damage and missing on bill of lading. Claims must be noted on Bill of Lading and reported to the shipping company first.

We must receive your claim within 3 business days of delivery, otherwise we will not responsible to any losses. No deduction is allowed from invoice, without our customer service department’s approval.

Order ownership :

Customers takes ownership of the goods when it leaves our Warehouse.

Cancellation or returns:

Order can be cancelled before the shipping process by calling our customer service. No returned will be accepted without prior authorization. You should call our customer service for RTN # prior to returning any products. Any package returns C.O.D. will be refused. Returned or cancelled order may be subject to 20% restocking fee and round trip freight charge will be charge to customer. No request for returning will be accept after 2 days of receiving the order. ( we reserve the right to refuse any return request)

Collection Fee:

All additional legal and collection agency fee will be responsibility of the customer.
